THE RUN LAB

Times have definitely changed and with the more recent self-isolation procedures, It remains to be seen how the effects of COVID-19 will change the business model of physiotherapy as in-person services are obviously not possible at this time. But I wanted to take the time to invest towards a project that has been on my mind for quite some time and I figured that now would be as good a time as any.

I present to you, The Run Lab.

Throughout my experiences running anything under the sun from half-marathons and marathons, to running to grab groceries, I've come across a lot of material, taken a lot of courses and read a lot about the sport. And through that process, running has become an integral part of my life to the point where I can't really remember what life was like when I didn't run. My goal with The Run Lab is to be able to share that with everyone else. Whether you are a beginner who is looking to start running to get some exercise, or an avid runner looking to break through a plateau for a personal best, The Run Lab is for you.

My hopes are that The Run Lab becomes a community project driven by you, where you can submit requests about topics, questions about running mechanics and other contributions that you come across in your own running experiences. So stay tuned, The Run Lab launches soon. But in the meantime, remember that we're made to move.
